Have you heard about this new swap? I was reading the Freshly Pieced blog the other day, and stumbled upon this combination quilt along/friendship swap. At the end of 5 months, you have a finished throw and a new friend! It's not too late for you and a partner to join up! I have teamed up with my new pal Elita and we spent some fun hours yesterday searching for a bundle to use. Just as I was seriously starting to question her taste, (lol) we came upon this gorgeous bundle from Hawthorne Threads.
It's called Meadow by Beth Studley and I just love it! I was originally trying to find something to match my family room decor, but this is much more fun. We decided to use Kona white for our background and to maybe throw some Ash in there too. I can't wait to get started and to finally have my own quilt to snuggle up with!
